I just watched that game - amazing, innit? Go England!!
Did you see last week’s Spurs 4-0 victory? That was the kind of performance I was anticipating when I declared my support at the beginning of the season. If only they could play like that every time.

There’s absolutely no justice in football, really. Scotland have played some lovely stuff in nearly every qualifying game, beat France home and away, yet still go out of the tournament in the last minute of the last game thanks to one of the most inexplicably wrong refereeing decisions ever witnessed.
Meanwhile, England have generally been utterly miserably crap, yet all the freak results in the other games still go their way.
I’ll be 100% behind Croatia on Wednesday– and I’d love to see Northern Ireland sneak through as well!
