Timelier, quicker SXCR downloads

as stephen pointed out, we’ve made much nicer static links to always download the latest SXCR releases. the URLs are here:
these are redirects updated every hour by a script that scans the SDLC to see if new builds have been posted. they should never be stale by more than an hour – which is far far quicker than we can post/announce them anyway in our overloaded state

April 6th, 2008 at 17:39is this still woking. The only thing this seems to take me to is the download center, requires login, and then the only solaris express I can find is build 70b, 1/08 developer edition.
