Timelier, quicker SXCR downloads

as stephen pointed out, we’ve made much nicer static links to always download the latest SXCR releases. the URLs are here:
these are redirects updated every hour by a script that scans the SDLC to see if new builds have been posted. they should never be stale by more than an hour - which is far far quicker than we can post/announce them anyway in our overloaded state

is this still woking. The only thing this seems to take me to is the download center, requires login, and then the only solaris express I can find is build 70b, 1/08 developer edition.
