…of a revolution

you know what the best thing about pandora is?

it works

case in point. i was listening to my dmbeezer radio station (so called because i seeded it with Dave Matthews Band and Weezer), and i found a great band: O.A.R (stands for …of a revolution). they’re kinda DMB-ish. i’ve been rocking out to the music the past few days. in particular, i love “Hey Girl” and “That was a crazy game of poker”.

the best part? you can listen to their complete albums streamed via their website.

i’ve been streaming while i wait for two of their CDs to arrive…

this is how Internet music is supposed to be. you listen to a great stream, which turns you on to something you never heard before, and you turn out to love their stuff so much you buy their music

I have been into O.A.R. for a very long time and i am very gald that u have just found them but i really hope that u are listening to their older stuff b/c it i so much better thatn anything off their new album. And i hope that everyone that reads this does the same. Its not like i am against their new stuff but its not them they have more than changed from their original roots and the music that they started with and the music that i fell in love with. Just hope that u are listening to such greats as wanderer and black rock and not just the OK Pop they are now playing on the radio and if you ask me a long time OAR fan thats been with them forever it seems lol if you are looking for their best album (My opinion only) go for souls aflame to me its just them and very raw and tampered by hollywood lol. well thats all folks i love you all for finding onw of the best bands of our generation but just dont forget/not listen to the classics that brought them were they are today. your friend ag1775
