we’ve got a defensive line again!!!!!

ruud is back. rio is back. and rooney will make his debut soon enough.

rio looked great last night… like he hadn’t even lost a step in his 8 month suspension. with ferdinand and silvestre partnering in the centre, and wes brown and heinze on the right and left back positions, we’ve got a real proper defensive line again. once gary neville heals up, we’ll even have some proper defensive competition within the ranks.

john o’shea looked surprisingly comfortable in midfield, though i still think he’s better in the back.

and ronaldo… oh man.

for the first time this year, i’m really starting to get excited about ManU’s chances.
